Best Sims 4 Challenges List

1. Sims 4 100 Baby Challenge By Snarky Witch

Judging by its name, the challenge may sound simple: your mission is to have 100 babies across as few generations as possible.

However, there’s a twist. Each of your female Sims can only have up to two babies with the same male Sim, requiring a variety of male Sims to achieve your goal.

Also, you need to set your Sims to a normal lifespan with aging enabled. But here’s a bit of relief: once your Sim becomes an elder, as long as their youngest daughter has reached young adulthood, she can step in to uphold the family legacy and continue the challenge.

Employment is possible for your Sims, but they are limited to either self-employment or remote working jobs.

Remember, using cheats and mods is off-limits in this challenge, adding an extra layer of complexity and fun.

This challenge is governed by a multitude of rules, so make sure you familiarize yourself with them thoroughly and keep them handy during gameplay.

2.  Sims 4 Not So Berry 2.0 By simqueen8 (Original By lilsimsie & alwaysimming)

Recall the ‘Not So Berry’ challenge from  @lilsimsie and @alwaysimming, well this is an updated version.

While it retains the core concept of 10 generations, each themed around a different color, a few tweaks to refresh other elements of the challenge have been made.

Check out the video above to discover all the details and new twists!

3. Sims 4 Rags to Riches

In the “Rags to Riches” challenge, your Sim begins from scratch – zero bank balance, and not a single possession. Your mission is to climb the ladder and become rich.

This journey may seem straightforward, yet it’s laced with a series of challenges your Sim must complete.

And for those seeking an added thrill, there are optional challenges to tackle and intensify the experience.

4. Sims 4 Black Widow Challenge

In this thrilling challenge, step into the shoes of a sim with a dark objective: to outlive five husbands, earning her the title of ‘Black Widow’.

The ultimate aim? To cohabit with the spirits of your late spouses while achieving the ‘Mansion Baron Aspiration’.

The catch? Your sim cannot have a traditional job. The only permissible sources of income are fishing, collecting, pumpkin carving, and woodworking.

While a spouse can contribute to the household earnings and continue their employment, they, along with the activities, are the sole avenues of income.

Strategize wisely; choosing affluent partners can be the key to unlocking the coveted ‘Mansion Baron Aspiration’.

5. Sims 4 Legacy Challenge

The Legacy Challenge is arguably one of the most famous and celebrated challenges in the Sims universe.

This adventure starts with a lone sim, typically a female, who begins her journey on a spacious 50×50 lot. Depending on the challenge mode, she might have $1,800 for the regular challenge, or no funds at all for the more daunting extreme challenge.

Her mission is to establish a foundation for the upcoming generations. This involves generating income, constructing a living space, and finding a partner to help usher in the next generation.

As the original sim passes on, the responsibility falls to the next in line to uphold and continue the family legacy, aiming to span this across ten generations.

Admittedly, my own experiences with the challenge have often seen a premature end by the third generation, thanks to frequent game restarts.

Admittedly, I’ve never progressed beyond the third generation, mainly because I often find myself restarting the game.

However, I’ve recently begun a new save with a teenage sims. So I’ll be sure to keep you updated on my journey, especially if I finally break past that elusive third generation milestone!

6. Sims 4 Decades Challenge

If you’re a history enthusiast, this challenge is perfect for you. Your sim begins their journey in the 1890s and progresses through each subsequent decade up to present day.

Every decade comes with its unique set of rules, reflecting the historical changes and distinct characteristics of each era.

7. Sims 4 Homeless Challenge

This challenge, a fan favorite from the Sims 3 era, has been brilliantly adapted by a talented Sims player for the Sims 4.

While there are certain rules to adhere to, the fundamental objective here is to accumulate $5000 in the bank and construct a basic house.

Although still demanding, this challenge is notably quicker to complete compared to others mentioned in this list.

8. Sims 4 Runaway Teen Challenge

Begin your journey on an empty lot with no Simoleons, where your first task is to earn enough to build a basic shelter.

This challenge includes unique rules, such as not allowing a phone until you have a simple home with one bed, one bath, and a kitchen.

Since you’re portraying a teen on the run, avoid being spotted by adults and forego traditional part-time or full-time jobs, compelling you to discover creative ways to make money.

Familiarize yourself with the various rules before starting the challenge.

I often find that starting with a young adult freshly created in CAS doesn’t leave enough time to fulfill all objectives.

Therefore, I enjoy blending this challenge with the legacy challenge. Starting as a teen provides more opportunities to explore and accomplish goals before aging up.

9. Sims 4 Asylum Challenge

This challenge, originally from The Sims 3, has been ingeniously adapted by a player for The Sims 4.

You begin with a household of eight Sims, each instilled with the Insane trait.

While the Self-Assured trait is off-limits, you should randomly select their remaining traits and aspirations.

The core objective of this challenge is to guide each Sim in fulfilling their personal aspirations, which is the key to their departure from the asylum.

Here is a tool to randomly select traits

10. Sims 4 Apocalypse Challenge

Begin with a single founder Sim, who can be either male or female, of Young Adult age or older, situated on an empty lot.

Your task is to rebuild civilization, but you’ll face a series of restrictions that are only lifted once specific career objectives are achieved.

Ever fancied the idea of turning other Sims’ lives upside down? If so, the Prison Challenge is perfect for you.

This challenge entails managing a prison, where your objective is to simultaneously house up to 15 inmates, rehabilitate 10 prisoners, and earn $60,000, thereby completing the main challenge.

For those seeking an extra layer of complexity, there’s also a bonus challenge and an optional challenge.

While it might seem straightforward and entertaining, beware — there’s a real risk of failing in this intriguing challenge.

12. Sims 4 Bachelor or Bachelorette Challenge

If you’re a fan of the popular TV shows ‘The Bachelor’ or ‘The Bachelorette’, you’ll adore this challenge.

It begins with a solitary Sim on a quest for true love, embarking on a series of dates with the hope of finding their perfect match.

13. Sims 4 Alphabet Legacy Challenge

Just like the classic Legacy Challenge, but with an intriguing twist: each generation’s traits and likes must begin with sequential letters of the alphabet.

Your first generation starts with ‘A’, the second with ‘B’, and so on.

The challenge reaches its completion upon reaching the tenth generation, aligning with the letter ‘J’.

14. Sims 4 Living off the Land

Create a Sim with a Nature aspiration, then construct a cozy tiny home for them.

Challenge them to live sustainably, relying on the land for sustenance.

To add a layer of difficulty, restrict them from using painting or writing as sources of income.

15. Sims 4 Disney Princess Challenge

Ever dreamt of embodying a Disney princess from your childhood tales? Dive into this unique challenge to experience just that.

While this bears a resemblance to the legacy challenge, every generation revolves around a distinct Disney princess.

Ensure you familiarize yourself with the rules before beginning.

Complement this challenge beautifully with these custom content princess dresses.

Kickstart the challenge with the first generation, navigating Snow White’s life and her children’s (the 7 dwarfs).

Remember, Snow White must steer clear of opening doors for her wicked stepmother and avoid conversations with elderly women.

16. Sims 4 100 Heartbreak Challenge

For those who revel in the thrill of romantic escapades in Sims 4, this challenge is a perfect fit.

Your task is simple yet tantalizing: meet 100 Sims, date them, and then leave them with a broken heart.

Keep in mind, the rules forbid marriage or having children with these suitors — dating is as far as it goes.

Given that this challenge spans just one generation, it’s recommended to set your Sim’s lifespan to long for the full experience.

17. Sims 4 Big Brother Challenge

If you’re an enthusiast of the Big Brother series, why not bring the excitement into your Sims’ world by recreating it?

18. Sims 4 Living Off The Grid

Up next on our Sims 4 Challenges list is the ‘Living Off The Grid‘ Challenge.

Are you passionate about building in The Sims?

Consider taking on the Dollhouse Challenge.

While there are a few guidelines to follow, the core of this challenge is to create and design your very own dollhouse.
