Hold down CTRL + SHIFT + C to access your cheat menu. Then, type “testingcheats on” followed by the cheats code you want to use. You can exit the cheats menu by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + C once more.
How To live at a restaurant:
Yes, you may live in a restaurant if that is your wish. However, it isn’t a simple process to do so. If you want to do this, you’ll need to buy a vacant lot. Then purchase a restaurant and construct a home or apartment adjacent to it. However, for certain reasons, you will have to return home occasionally.
How Do Dine Out Cheats Work?
The sims dine out is based on perk points, so using the above cheats will give you additional perk points that can be used to obtain restaurant perks
Types of Restaurant Perks.
Below are some of the different perks that you’ll be able to trade in your perk points for:
Curious Customers
You’ll need to have 250 perk points to be able to unlock the Curios Customers perk. This will allow the customers to request a dish to be recommended by the staff. By choosing a more pricey item and conversing with customers, you can increase your points here.
Additional Waiter
With 350 points, you can add in an additional waiter to take the pressure off your staff. This will be one of the best perks you’ll be able to use with your points.
Ingredient Quality
Being able to offer better quality ingredients, your customers are more likely to enjoy their meal. You’ll also be able to reduce the costs of ingredients with this perk. You’ll need to have 500 perk points before you can use the Ingredients Quality perk.
Meal Rush
With 500 points again, you’ll be able to add twice as many customers to your restaurant. Just make sure you have enough waiting staff and chefs to keep up with the demand if you choose to use this perk.
Surplus Harvest
For 24 hours, you can obtain the Surplus Harvest perk. This one will cost you 500 perk points. You’ll be able to lower the cost of your ingredients by lots here and so you will see much better profits.
Patient Patrons
With 600 points, you can enable customers to be more calm and patient while they wait on being served. You can benefit from this one the most when you first open your restaurant.
Additional Chef
An extra chef can be amazing when your business grows, you have more customers, and you need to cook more meals. It can also allow you to make meals faster. This one will cost 750 perk points.
Curiouser Customer
With 750 points, you can take advantage of the Curioser Customer perk. You’ll be able to offer your customers more menu options and add additional items to your meals.
Why Aren’t My Cheats working?
Make sure ‘testingcheats on’ is enabled. If it still isn’t working, try restarting your game or checking for a broken mod.
Can You Be A chef?
Unfortunately, you can only own a restaurant and operate it, not cook. (I’ve yet to find a mod that alters this; if you know of one, please let me know in the comments.)
