Sims 4 can be really hard to play, especially when your Sims’ needs are constantly going down and you don’t have time to take care of them.
It feels like there’s never enough time in the day to take care of everything. Your Sims’ needs seem to always be one step ahead of you.
With this cheat, all of your Sims’ needs will be taken care of with just one click! You’ll never have to worry about their needs again.
This Post Is All About Sims 4 Needs Cheats
First, you need to open the cheat code menu by selecting CTRL + SHIFT + C for PC/Mac and enter ‘testingcheats on’.
To exit, you can either press escape on your keyboard or press CTRL + SHIFT + C once more.
To use on a PS4 or PS5, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 for a few seconds. Alternatively, to use on an Xbox, press and hold LT + RT + LB + RB for several seconds, then type in ‘testingcheats on’
Once you’ve enabled the cheat above this is one of the quickest and easiest ways:

What is the cheat to fill needs on Sims 4?
Once you’ve enabled cheats as mentioned at the start of this post you just open the cheat box again and type: sims. fill_all_commodities This will raise all your sims needs. Then you can just click on another sim and repeat as needed.
How do you keep needs full in Sims 4?
If you want to keep your sims needs constantly full you need to enable cheats as mentioned at the start of this post.
Then hold down shift while clicking on a sim and cheat needs will come up. Click on that and their needs will be full.
If you want to fill the needs of more than one sim, then shift-click on the mailbox, click alter needs and then fill needs in the world.
This method won’t keep their needs full forever. So will need to keep doing this daily or every few days. If you want to keep your sims needs completely full forever keep reading.
How do you turn off needs decay in Sims 4?
First, ensure cheats are enabled as mentioned at the start of this post.
Then shift and click on the mailbox and selected alter needs, an option will then appear allowing to disable household needs decay or world needs decay
How do you turn off needs decay in Sims 4 PS4?
Enable cheats as mentioned above then hover over the mailbox and then Press X and O simultaneously. It will then give you the option to alter needs, click that and disable needs decay for word or household depending on what you want.
How do you turn off needs decay in Sims 4 Xbox?
Enable cheats as mentioned above, then hover over the mailbox Press A and B simultaneously, It will then give you the menu option to alter needs, click that and disable needs decay for household or world depending on what you want.
Sims 4 Needs Mods
Mods on the other hand can make it easier for you to cheat as they allow you to bypass having to obtain and enter cheat codes. It only takes a few simple clicks and your Sim’s Needs can be set to full.
The only downside is mods only work on PC so if using an Xbox or PS you will have to use the cheats mention above.
1) MC Command Center
The MC Command Center is a great Mod to use when playing The Sims 4 as it has lots of features available.
This is why it gets a mention in many of our cheat guides. This feature allows for an easier option when making changes to your Sim without the need to navigate cheat codes.
Here’s how to fill up your Sim’s Needs level using MC Command Center cheats:
- Click on your Sim and choose the ‘MC Command Center‘ option.
- The cheats menu will appear. Now, select ‘MC Cheats.’
- Select the option ‘Make Happy.’
- Click on ‘OK.’
- Your Sim’s Needs bar will now be maximized and shown as full.
2) UI Cheats Extension
The UI Cheats Extension is a must-have if you’re someone who likes to use Sims 4 Needs cheat often. Rather than having to enter cheat codes into the menu on your screen, this Mod allows you to cheat by changing features for your Sim straight from the UI.
All you need to do is go to your sims needs bar and left-click where you’d like their need to raise too and their need will instantly be reached.
Just be careful that you don’t click it wrong as this mod can also lower their needs and if you click at the end you may kill your sim by accident.
Another method of using this cheat is to right-click one of their needs and this will allow you to enter a number from -100 to +100 using any number with a – in front will lower their needs and any number with a + will raise their needs
